Mariah is a Lewis & Clark Law School graduate and a proud Oregon State Beaver. Mariah has a depth of experience in a variety of practice areas such as personal injury, social security, tax, and criminal law. However, she has dedicated her career to family law and helping families through the treacherous custody and dissolution process. Mariah brings a child-centered focus to her practice and works passionately to minimize the collateral damage caused by the legal process.
Mariah’s cases are comprised of custody, dissolution, modification, and enforcement matters, as well as stalking and restraining orders. Additionally, Mariah provides mediation services as an opportunity for parties to reach resolution without the emotional and financial expense of litigation. Whatever the issue, Mariah is recognized for her personal approach to client relationships, level head, and impassioned advocacy in the court room.
Community involvement and making the legal system accessible is of great importance to Mariah. That’s why she also undertakes pro bono representation of children, veterans, and abuse victims.
As an outdoor enthusiast, Mariah takes advantage of all the recreation Central Oregon has to offer, including camping, snowboarding, and paddle boarding with her beloved dog. Mariah is an animal lover and former nationally ranked collegiate athlete, having played horse polo at Oregon State during her undergraduate education.
