Scott Roberts

Scott has practiced law on the West Coast since 2010. He began his career in California and relocated to the Pacific Northwest in 2020 – practicing in Washington State since then. With over a decade of experience helping clients through challenging legal issues, Scott delivers results for clients in need.

Scott’s practice focuses on a variety of family law cases, where he uses his well-established litigation, communication, and negotiation skills to provide compassionate, high-quality advocacy to his clients.

In addition to being well-versed in intense, high-conflict litigation, Scott prides himself on his ability to help clients both intellectually and emotionally navigate the often-overwhelming legal problems they never expected or could have prepared for in life. Scott works hard to meet his clients where they are to provide them with the tools to navigate the unique and nuanced landscape of their case. His client-centered, holistic approach helps him advocate for his clients in a way that is both persuasive and makes his clients feel seen, understood, and fully represented.

Scott graduated with honors from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco in 2010 after earning his bachelor’s degree in philosophy from the University of California, Berkeley. Outside of work, you may find him immersed in martial arts, playing guitar, cooking, or exploring the outdoors with his wife, Lauren, and rescue dog, Willow.
